How do I pay for my booking in Boston?
The amount to be paid online can be different. Some of the rental car agencies require a full prepayment. Other agencies will ask you to prepay a certain amount of money before arrival and the rest needs to be paid on arrival at the local office. The bus can be easily found in the front of the arrival hall and will take you to the car rental office in order to pick up your car. If you have any difficulties with finding the SHUTTLE BUS of your rental car agency on arrival, please call the telephone number from the local company on your car rental voucher. They will instruct you on how to find the bus and arrive at the office.
What is going to happen if I cause a damage to the rental car?
The driver is responsible for any damage on the rented car. The amount can be up to the blocked deposit on your credit card. For any accident caused, you will need to get a police report. Please also contact directly the local rental car agency. They will instruct you what is the procedure. If you don't have taken out any extra insurance, you might be charged up to the deposit amount blocked on your credit card. If you have a full comprehensive refund insurance, please ask for the invoice of the damage by the local company. With the invoice, you can request a refund by the insurance.
Can I travel with my pet?

In many countries, there are special law and safety procedures regarding travel with animals. Special cages or seatbelts that rental car companies do not provide are necessary to transport animals.
Can I rent a specific car brand or model?
As an internet car rental broker, we offer cars filtered by category. The car can be chosen by a specific group. You can choose from filters on our website, for instance, MINI, ECONOMY or SUV etc. Exact brand or models cannot be guaranteed. The vehicles you see online are examples based on the most common vehicle in the fleet for each category. If you choose the car on the website you will be given a car in the selected size. We also offer a filter to find automatic or diesel cars available. So we will confirm the size and the filter you have selected.
