I called Rentalcargroup after 2

I called Rentalcargroup after 2 hours waiting, your colleague told me that I could rent a car in another agency and send the invoice and I would be paid the difference. This would be a good solution, except that all the car rental agencies were saturated, and had no other car or other options.

Alamo has great service and so far so good, I have nothing negative to say which unlike other bad experiences is a breath of fresh air. Thank you rentalcargroup as always !

Condición of the car

The. Toyota. I. Rentes from Fox, has their forward wheels ubalanced, producing vibrations in the steering wheel, And I had to returned to the agency making me loosing time. I thing most of the cars at Fox are rather too much used , with lack of mechanichal care.

Cruze

Found it to be an excellent vehicle for someone who is used to having the steering wheel on the right side of the vehicle.Comfortable for long haul driving with plenty of room for luggage.Responsive and economical

Not bad

Booked a small car but none of them had the parcel shelf fitted, so your bags were visible at all times. Alamo allowed me to take a medium car i/l.
